We perform turning of small and medium parts on conventional lathes. We provide cooperative turning of large workpieces on conventional lathes as well as on CNC machines and carousels; and we also machine special hardened stainless steels with a hardness of up to 55 HRC.
We perform milling of most standard materials on conventional machines. Milling of complex parts are provided on CNC milling machines from classic 3 to 5-axis machining centres, including horizontal boring machines.
We produce weldments from classic carbon steels to alloyed steels and stainless steels. We provide welding from small parts to large weldments with subsequent heat treatment, blasting and subsequent surface treatment.
We provide grinding of planar and rotating inner, outer and front surfaces for small and large parts. We grind the inner and outer rings of bearings and hardened stainless steel. We hone the inner diameters of cylindrical surfaces.
We provide castings from grey and ductile cast iron, cast steel, stainless steels and non-ferrous metal alloys. We supply small castings, as well as large ones. We provide semi-finished forgings from free forging from low, medium and high alloy steels.
